Note “this week’s code” which is why I said “if you act fast”: The code was only good through September 7. (This week–through September 14–there’s a 25% code, EQUES, but you have to order at least $100 worth of books.) Sorry about that: I should have explicitly said “this week’s code, good through the end of today, September 7.”

Jamie: Great! (I trust you have ITI books available by now as well?) If you find that there *is* DRM on the PDF, let me know: Lulu isn’t supposed to add any, and I know the PDF I created had no security provisions.
