		<description><![CDATA[Quick followup to the library story: I close by saying that 17 was the &lt;b&gt;maximum&lt;/b&gt; number of still-closed public libraries from 2008 and 2009 IMLS records. I&#039;ve now received information that cuts that down to 10, not 17: The others were reclassified as reading rooms since they don&#039;t meet IMLS criteria as public libraries.
