How about general-knowledge quizzery upon posting with HTML/CSS elements that are hidden to confuse bot-logic? Something like:

What is the second day of the week[Hidden by CSS]s yesterday[/Hidden by CSS]?

or

Please name a month of the year that is [Hidden by CSS]NOT[/Hidden by CSS] the 6th month?

Also, requiring obfuscated JS to have the comment form show kills 90% of spambots instantly anyway ;-)
