		<description><![CDATA[Hm.  I&#039;m not sure we&#039;d WANT to preserve the zeitgeist.  Sounds an awful lot like trying to keep a firefly for a pet, or play catch with a soap bubble.

Or maybe it&#039;s just that that&#039;s a job for the archivists and historians.  Maybe making history AND writing it all up is too much to ask of one group of bibliobloggers?
