Constantia is one of several new typefaces that either comes with Vista or with Office2007. It&#039;s a handsome serif with one unusual characteristic for digital type: non-lining numerals. (Thus, the 3,4,5,7, and 9 all descend below the baseline, while the 6 and 8 rise higher than other numbers.) 

I think it&#039;s classy and extremely readable. My wife&#039;s using it for the family-genealogy books she&#039;s working on. (I still prefer Berkeley Book for C&amp;I and my books--but the cover typography on the newest books is Constantia.)]]></description>
