This book self-publishing stuff is finally coming to its own. As I said, i was very impressed with the quality of the paper in Balanced Libraries. The Publisher's Weekly I just looked through (gee, I'm 5 down on the routing so that would make it how old?) had a review of one of these services that prints out pretty, shiny recipe books from an online cooking site and the photography sites all do cool things, too.

For as long as this stuff has been discussed, I think it's really only in the past couple of years that it's been really workable.

As for the volume 7, I'd be interested if I thought there would be any time for me to pick it up and read it! Sorry...
